Did you ever lazily draw circles and lines as you listened to a boring conversation? Well, you were doodling. Doodling has become a fast growing art form all over the United States. Intricate patterns, repetitive designs all combine to create beautiful and fanciful pictures while Doodling. It is even said that the art of doodling is way to relieve stress and bring you to an inner calm. Bruce Peccianti, a retired teacher and administrator from Sutter Creek will demonstrate the techniques and materials used in Doodling and how you can start enjoying this wonderful old-new graphic art form at the September 9 meeting of the Artists Association.  ACAA meets each month at 7 p.m. on the second Wednesday at the Jackson Senior Center, 229 New York Ranch Road.  The public is invited and new members are encouraged.  For more information, visit amadorcountyartists.org.
